Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

This is a valid concern. Brutus can always buy raw for himself and use "regular" for his family. It still amazes me how this log is more about all the other aspects of training vs just your cycle. Such great stuff in here.

Just gotta keep the Raw on lockdown... lol

Someone smarter than me can offer insight into this, but could the potential illnesses you could get from raw milk be spread from person to person within a household?

I'm pretty sure the only way to contract any of the illnesses associated with raw milk have to be ingested by each individual.

I notice quite a few people try to stay away from dairy while on cycle, or maybe in general. Ive just noticed mentioned on the forum. Whats the reason?

First off it's Zephyrhills water bottles in these parts.. Secondly, shhhhh!! We don't need our audience knowing I'm as crazy as you.. :)

What did they say?
Blood pressure too high?

I'm concerned that I'd get stuck, when I eventually try EQ, not being able to donate... It's kinda an awkward question to ask a buddy of mine to standby while I drain myself and if I fall out, smack me a few times... I will if I have to I guess... Now that I think about it, they've seen me do crazier shit...

She said BP was ok but pulse was too high. She ran off before I could ask for the numbers..

I really don't think that anyone reading the log should try this at home..

Thats the article that got me started... cbs has me paranoid about milk but the grass fed free range shit sounds like a win win

I grew up on a Dairy farm brother. Store bought milk was never an option. When we got low on milk we just walked out to the milk barn and filled up the jugs. All our cattle were grass fed unless they were in the milk barn, that's the only time they got to eat a little bit of grain. No pesticides were ever used on the acreage where the cattle roamed.
The milking process filtered out a lot of impurities before it when in the tank. Just figured I'd throw this out there brother.

I am picturing you guys looking like Greg Valentino from the vid he took of himself trying to drain that abscess in his arm, for those who have seen that. I am sure it is on YouTube for those who want to lose their appetite before lunch.

I know Brutus and JB are 1000% smarter than dumb ass Greg Valentino. I wouldn't waste the RBC myself though ;)
