Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

We've been training chest 2x/week for the past few weeks and I've definitely noticed a difference.. So for this last month of the cycle I'm going to try and do everything 2x week, well, except for legs.. Our leg workout takes a bit to recover from.. :)

Today was shoulders 19 sets, traps 11 sets, and a quick bis/tris 13 sets each.. Still doing FST-7 and it's not getting old yet!!

Tomorrow is chest/back..

Dropped to 315 and it stalled on my chest. Very strange. I think I need to go back to chest once a week.

3 sets of 12 w 45's super slow with 3 second pauses
Chest flys

This shit is brutal when you start with a heavy weight on the bench... I like this fst7 twist where we go super heavy on first sets for bench and deads... really makes the volume challenging after.

We had been experimenting with doing bodyparts twice a week and I think that experiment is done- its just too much with this program and strength and workout quality is backsliding. I think we will just add a few more sets and an extra exercise or two per bodypart.

We will also be doing the fst7 for a few more weeks and switching to standard 12, 10, 8, 6 pyramids going into the cruise.

I decided the mast p is the culprit that has been making me feel like shit... I think it is deca or npp. Nandrolone and I hate each other and after reading @flenser post the other day I would say the issues I am having are explained timing wise to mislabeled mast p. I'm back on eq I gram a week (pinned a gram last night) tren hex at 700 wk and test at 300 a week.

This was fucking brutal, I think we hit a wall with chest 2x week.. It worked well for me for a few weeks but today sucked.. After maxing Saturday I was still able to rep 315 for 7.. Today my triceps were locked up and everything else was tight, couldn't even get 1 clean rep at 315..

Drop chest 2x a week and move on to arms brutus? :) haha

Add two more exercises per day of 4 x 12's except legs- legs we will switch a 4 x 12 to an additional 7 x 12 for 4 total 7 x 12 sets like last week.

Pretty tough day... lost a gallon of sweat and some zit blood. Still running tren hex 100 a day eq 150 a day cyp 250 week. Diet sucks but getting in the protein and calories just way too much fat amd carbs... eating what I want. Cant force feed lately. Sleeping for shit too.

405 is nothing to write home about in these here parts but I'll take it.. Getting my form down hasn't come easy to me for some reason but you've proven to be a big help brotha man..

Wow @johnnyBALLZ huge change buddy, thats what hard work does! I'm betting next week @brutus79 you'll pull that 515, it'll come I can feel it. You guys really inspire my to put in the effort and stay committed. Plus I've learned so much in general from you and all the other guys discussion here. I'm very grateful thank you.
