Dropped to 315 and it stalled on my chest. Very strange. I think I need to go back to chest once a week.

This shit is brutal when you start with a heavy weight on the bench... I like this fst7 twist where we go super heavy on first sets for bench and deads... really makes the volume challenging after.
We had been experimenting with doing bodyparts twice a week and I think that experiment is done- its just too much with this program and strength and workout quality is backsliding. I think we will just add a few more sets and an extra exercise or two per bodypart.
We will also be doing the fst7 for a few more weeks and switching to standard 12, 10, 8, 6 pyramids going into the cruise.
I decided the mast p is the culprit that has been making me feel like shit... I think it is deca or npp. Nandrolone and I hate each other and after reading
@flenser post the other day I would say the issues I am having are explained timing wise to mislabeled mast p. I'm back on eq I gram a week (pinned a gram last night) tren hex at 700 wk and test at 300 a week.
