Christ JB please stop posting the arm pics. I'm starting my training cycle for my next PL meet and I usually do only 3 or 4 sets of BB curls per week during a meet cycle as I get enough stimulation from heavy pulls and upper back work that I don't need more for PL purposes.

I saw your first set of pics last week and decided I could do 10 sets of bicep work per week and not hurt the rest of my training. Now I see the new pictures and I want to move up to 16 sets for bi's per week.

Nope. Homie ducked out as soon as he lost the contest.

It was only $100 so I'm more or less indifferent to the monetary aspect of it. In a certain way I can't help but feel for people that put zero value on their word and go through life with that half-assed mentality. The same kind of spineless fuckers that would whore out their own mother if the price was right. Whatever. Not my problem.

45lb plate x12

Fly machine for rear delts, 30 seconds rest

Dumbbell shrugs, 110's

Standing calf raise machine variation for traps

Preacher curls with 70lbs EZ bar, 45 seconds rest, slow reps

Fuck, it was more of a pain in the ass to type that all out than doing the actual work!! haha

The pain associated with those drop sets is unreal, I highly recommend it.. :)

Brutus is under the weather so we won't be training together until Thursday night.. :(

I am Going to force myself to do a tren hex, test ace and proviron run all at 50 mg a day for 8 weeks... I will log it and probably use ghrp6 for appetite.
Looking forward to that,exploring different 8 week templates is a new thing for me,i have an idea that one can get more bang for the buck in a 12 month period with them.
 
Have been considering 150mcg ghrp6 twice a day again for appetite as well,not sure if the healing property's are true?
