I bought the book to see what it was all about. I've read it a couple of times and unless I missed it, TWICE, I didn't see where it says how long you're s'posed to take off after the 1 month cycles. Does anyone else have this book and would maybe be able to shed some light on this.

It looks like a pretty good approach, anyone else have any comments?

I was wondering the same thing. I assumed 4 weeks on then 3-4weeks PCT, then back on again. I'm planning on starting one of his cycles in 2 weeks.
 
im doing all 3 proticols, mass androgen phase (28 days) followed by an Anabolic phase (28-30 days) then a cortisol estrogen suppresion phase (28-30) days. then back to the mass androgen phase.... so there's your answer?
if you follow all the proticols!
 
I plan on basically running his phase cycle example B. After day 56 I'll take another 2 weeks of then back on the same thing again. That will be 6 weeks off steroids but only 2 weeks off hcg & clomid. I plan on running hcg and clomid a little different than the example suggests.

I am overlapping! but not exactly like in the book.

I start on next monday and I'll be overlapping to restrict off-peroids to 21 days. B-boy how are you doing exactly ?

im at work right now and don't have access to my notebook but i am doing the opposite of you! i want more time off, so my overlap isn't very big, plus i just got off a long precontest cycle, so i need all the time off i can get, but i want to maintain if not add more muscle, i competed on july 24th at a weight of 190 then blew up post contest to about 207 water and now i have lost the water and im holding around 211lbs thanks to dnp and insulin proticol. eod of 10iu morning and 10iu post workout and 400mgs of dnp. and ive switched up training to eod and heavy and my strength is skyrocketing, damn its going to be crazy when im actually ON! im almost back to my offseason strength when i weighed 228lbs.
