well I'm on a bulk cycle but have to walk about 7/8 miles a day what kind of affect might that have etc? Will it help build my quads up or what any advice would be great to read ty.

Just up your calorie intake to suit the extra energy expenditure

**if your not gaining weight then add more food, its the only way to combat hard labour jobs. As for building bigger quads i dont think walking will do anything (other than definition).. U need progressive overload

It really shouldn't cut in to your gains as Long as you're counting calories and are in a caloric surplus. As for building up your quads...no. Calfs if anything, but really what's 7/8ths of a mile.

If you're concerned about the calories burned hop on a treadmill and walk out 7/8ths of a mile at the same pace. Record calories burned and adjust diet as needed.

To be honest though you're over thinking it

Should only be about 100 calories maybe 120

Besides right before a meet I do cardio year-round bulking or cutting for general health. It's fine as long as you adjust your calories to make up for it.

Defo have to up my calories I got to the gym looking like a drowned rat top was completely soaked with sweat literally could ring it out but did it in around 50 minutes
