If you truly believe pushups are God sent then more power to you and add some pullups and dips in (I like them too btw).

I hear ya. All the dumb shit gets on my nerves. Pushups/Situps are better than nothing. I’m doing pretty good at atleast maintaining what mass I do have. No Gym don’t set well with me. I just wanted advice on Deca or more test. And I really haven’t gotten any GOOD advice as of yet. I’m going to go 500 on the Test, and save the Deca for another time. I just hope my PBF don’t keep going up. Not over 15% for damn sure.
 
Height? Lifts? 203 @ 12% doesn't mean much without lifts or height on it. You sound small. Sure talk like a small guy.
You’re not very Bright. 11% @ 203 is pretty Solid. Naw I’m not no big dude. Heaviest I ever got was bout 230, and still looked good. I got genetics as well, that goes along ways when you talk about Bodybuilding
