Bulking Cycle Require Feedback!!

Where are the potatoes, the spinach, avocados, pasta, tuna, carrots, tomatoes, grape juice, apple juice, orange juice, pop tarts, Nutella, ice cream...?

-Spinach and letuce listed as a salad

-Do you prefer sweet potatoes instead of couscous / Rice? They are both carbs.

-Pasta I take once a week between meals (a good plate without weighing is it good ?

-I stay away from Oranges since I am O blood positive and makes my acid worse

-Nutella, ice cream ? Where are we going? On a diet clean plan or junks :-)

-AVOCADO are more for good fat and carbs, I used to tale them on low carb diet. And this time I am taking extra virgin olive oil tsp as a good fats... Also I take handful almonds once a day along with a fruit like banana or green apple

But in this bulking diet my nutritionist didn't included the Avocado. And also they are quit expensive from my country :-)

So how do you calculated 7 days when works EOD
Yes sir better than a full mg EOD, you might need even less than only 1mg/wk split into 2 .5mg doses.

Everyone is different, but for me a few months of 200mg/wk TRT had my E at 55. Only 1mg/wk of adex split into 2 doses E3.5D got me down to 13. Adex is strong

So how work out 7 days (week) on EOD?

MON - WED - FRI - SUN
TUE - THU - SAT

Is this a 7 days (week) ?

Because on MON starts 2nd week

But this it makes me angry and very confused because some people says my diet looks good, and some people says isn't good.

Who I am going to trust? I think this is more something to try, and see how I go and improvements

Eat sweet potatoes and couscous in one plate? I wish to do that but I will eat over than I require...

Do you consider eat pasta out of my 6 day meals? As I mentioned without scale a full of plate. But don't forget will pack fat...

DO YOU WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT OR NOT? JUST eat all on the diet plus everything that it lacks for 3 months. You are lacking so many nutrients. You need broccoli for calcium, so many vegetables for minerals and vitamins. You need to spike that insulin beyond comprehension with your high protein meals to increase muscle mass

Yes definitely I want to get big.

I also eat Broccoli and Spinach at the last meal of the day with the meat, couscous and 1 olive oil tsp once a day.

I eat lettuce with 9am and noon meal.

So fron your opinion what's additional to include and when on the day please?

I would add sugar like ice cream or Nutella to spike your insulin after your high protein meals. Juice might not be enough to spike insulin. Just don't spike insulin between meals or your insulin tank will be depleted on meal time.

Won't hurt to monitor estrogen to make sure it's not too high or crashed by running blood works...

It doesn't look bad other than the test is a little too high for my taste. Would be better to start hcg earlier but not the end of the world if you running a short cycle.

Start Anastrazole at the end of week one instead of first day when your estrogen have not peaked yet.
Only thing you have a taste for is semen. Get back on the corner bitch
