Anyone ever tried bulking with bbq as a main source?

All my protein is cooked on the BBQ bulk or cut
Basically meat is meat no matter how its cooked. BBQ allows the fat to drip away as well. I tend to limit if not eliminate sauces especially on a cut.I was going to say I just finished a cut and I ate a shit ton of bbq chicken and pork loin. Calories in calories out right? If your into taking your macros shouldn't be any reason you can't fit bbq into the equation.
I use it as well as his ketchup... not too badAnyone tried G Hughes? Still some stuff in there that isn’t good but if I find myself in BBQ mood I’ll throw a little in for taste

Maybe they're from down under, where everything is cooked on the barbieBBQ is different than cooking on the grill...
BBQ grill is not a word.
You guys are killing me.
Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage... All cooked on a pit with smoke until it falls apart... This is BBQ.
Anything that goes on a grill is grilled... I'll let you off the hook for BBQ chicken, which can be grilled and still considered BBQ.
Step up your game, fellas.
Real BBQ isn't something you can get away with daily unless you're an Ironman competitor. It's just too high in fat.
Conversely, if you don't already meal prep on a grill at least weekly then I really have no idea what in the fuck you're doing with your life.

YES very good post. I make all my meal preps on a grill. Ground bison, sirloin, ribeye steak (1 meal high fat), strip steaks. A grill and rice maker is all you need. I do eat some eggs too. Red meat contains all the nutrients your body needs. Check out vertical diet.

Same. My folks are old-school and swear all the beef and eggs I eat are gonna give me a heart attack before I'm 30.Lol, I've been eating pretty much all red meat and rice for weeks now... No need to preach the sermon of steak to me, I'm in the choir.
