Bulking Workout on AAS

I have just started a bulking cycle in the weight room after months of high reps and 45 min of cardio after everyworkout..

I have also started on Dbol, Test and EQ (going into 2nd week)

My question here is how intense should my lifting be? I have been so used to coming home exhausted from the gym cause of high reps and cardio. Now switching over to a bulk cycle im doing less reps and higher weight and have cut the cardio as well. I leave the gym now feeling like i "could of done more" BUT the workouts i did do i pushed it!

Anyone have a good workout for Bulking on a cycle? And any thoughts about how intense I should be pushing it at the gym or should I be feeling still good after im done with my workout?

I have always thought about this question, and just found this website a few days ago and I am excited to hear about others experiences..

Thanks

what about using some variation of stronglifts 5x5 program?
i know people who had great results with that program.
you might have to change it up a bit and add a few "gear friendly" excersises as your power increases and recovery time gets less while on a cycle.
you should still be wiped out after going heavy in the gym.
i also recommend you posting up your workout plan for the pros here to critic.
good luck.
hope this helps.

I did the Reg Parks 5x5 for a while, it's pretty good workout, you don't get to hit alot of muscles, but it's your basic core heavy lifts, great for strength and size.

Ya i looked at that workout, i might try it someday it makes sense on what it accomplishes.. i could post my workout but its one of those things that everyone will throw in their 2 cents and still wont get anywhere lol...

i have decent cardio but also COPD (and other stuff), so classic periodization for bulking doesn't work so well for me. however, i have found that standard 5x5 training helps me bulk, doing all compound movements...bench, squat, weighted pull-up (full, bar to the nipples), dead lift/sumo lift, and plyometrics/sprinting.
