Hi people!
I thought i log my future progress in this thread to see what you guys think.
This time last year i was a fat fuck. 240lbs of untrained fat. I worked two jobs, spent a lot of time on a computer, had two small kids and a wife that bugged me all the time.
I felt terrible and depressed so i decided to change my life.
I started to workout with a friend, a judo guy that had this cross-fit group twice a week. Also i started to watch my diet, eat enough protein and avoid crappy food and carbs. Six month later i was feeling a lot better, dropped to something like 210lbs. Than i started to go to the gym because two times a week was not enough for me anymore. It was enough when i was a fat fuck because after a training i would be so dead that it would take few days to be able to walk
Anyway, since this summer i am training with weights, had a test/eq cycle that helped me get some strength and gave me the will to carry on training.
Recently i got divorced, it was very stressful time in my life and i feel being on test at the time helped me go through the divorce crap a lot.
Now i am still on pct from the first cycle and are planning to start a second cycle which will be test/tren combo. I am nervous to see how i will react to tren.
I will be doing test en 500mg/wk and tren ace 100mg eod. I have clomid, nolva and caber on hand.
I am:
36yo
190lbs
178cm
bench 265lbs
deadlift 310lbs
squat 265lbs
(those are max 1 rep weights)
I am still fat but not fat sa fuck and my goal is to get lean for the summer, since i am divorced now i thought a six pack could come handy.
