Hi people!
I thought i log my future progress in this thread to see what you guys think.

This time last year i was a fat fuck. 240lbs of untrained fat. I worked two jobs, spent a lot of time on a computer, had two small kids and a wife that bugged me all the time.
I felt terrible and depressed so i decided to change my life.
I started to workout with a friend, a judo guy that had this cross-fit group twice a week. Also i started to watch my diet, eat enough protein and avoid crappy food and carbs. Six month later i was feeling a lot better, dropped to something like 210lbs. Than i started to go to the gym because two times a week was not enough for me anymore. It was enough when i was a fat fuck because after a training i would be so dead that it would take few days to be able to walk :)

Anyway, since this summer i am training with weights, had a test/eq cycle that helped me get some strength and gave me the will to carry on training.

Recently i got divorced, it was very stressful time in my life and i feel being on test at the time helped me go through the divorce crap a lot.

Now i am still on pct from the first cycle and are planning to start a second cycle which will be test/tren combo. I am nervous to see how i will react to tren.

I will be doing test en 500mg/wk and tren ace 100mg eod. I have clomid, nolva and caber on hand.

I am:
36yo
190lbs
178cm
bench 265lbs
deadlift 310lbs
squat 265lbs
(those are max 1 rep weights)

I am still fat but not fat sa fuck and my goal is to get lean for the summer, since i am divorced now i thought a six pack could come handy.

Thanx anyone who will include an advice or opinion on my log, all critiques are welcome, dont hold back, speak your mind, i dont get offended easy.
 
Question: What made you jump on the juice after only 6 months of training? You know with better diet and cardio you could've easily drop more pounds off vs running test/eq. But to each his own, I guess...

As for your 2nd cycle Test/Tren combo's probably the best in my book. You're going to shed fat and get very strong! I would recommend you play around and get the correct dosage for you. Most recommend high Tren and low test to keep the sides under control.

Make sure you're fully recovered BEFORE you start the new cycle. If you haven't, get blood (pre,mid, and post) work.. Good luck bro!

What can i say, i wanted to see faster results. I know that it would be better for me if i could grind it out without gear but i guess i took all this much more seriously when i started a cycle, my diet was much more on point and workouts gotten a lot more hardcore.

If the insomnia gets bad, consider switching to 50mg ed of the tren. You can feel the peak with the shit even pinning ed, or at least I think I can. Might be a smoother ride for you with the smaller shots.

Good luck. You'll like the tren. Probably, lol. It's a good ride for me around 500, so long as you keep a finger on your mindset. The mental shift is subtle, best to recognize it and deal with it accordingly, rather than have it sneak up on you. . .

Congrats on the weight loss. At your age I would think about TRT. And if you have blood work done while on tren make sure you go with labsmd.com.

Thanx for advices! My training regimen? I do day1 Chest, day 2 back, day3 arms, day 4 shoulders and day 5 legs.
I try to train 6 days a week if i can. I throw in abbs training few times a week. After every weight training i do a 30-40min cardio.
 
Ok, i just took a first shot. As i was preparing the shot, i smelled tren and could feel the taste of it in my mouth. I was prepared with a salbutamol pump. Once i got a bad cough from injecting eq, probably hit a vain in my quad, and it was a BAD experience so i was a little worried about tren cough.
Everything went ok though. Now all i need is to train fucking hard, eat right and wait for it to kick in.
 
Since i injected, i feel the tren taste in my mouth and i feel slight csratch in my throat. I think if i hit a vein that i'm fucked :) Maybe next time i should inject in a car in front of the paramedic :)
 
So, i just injected a second dose of tren, since it is just 1ml, i injected into delt (i usually inject in the butt). The pain in my delt is terrible now, i cant even move my arm. When i lift my arm it hurts so much i start to sweat right away.

Damn, it doesnt hurt while the arm is calm, but when i lift it than it hurts like a motherfucker for 30 sek. From now on it is glutes every time. It is the most awkward place because, well because the ass is behind, but it is the least painful. Even when the ass hurts, it is not like this.

Damn man that's scary. How long exactly was the needle? They say 1inch max for delts but idk. I'm gonna stick with the middle and outer thigh, just feels like a hardcore leg day for a few days after

It is 1,5 inch. I guess i just hit the bad spot, it is better now.
I dont know if it is just a placebo, but i feel like my veins are more visable on my arms.
Today i screwed my diet a little, my kids came to visit so we ate some chocolate and cookies. I will try to burn that off tonight at a workout and cardio. I feel like it takes more time for me to catch a breath between the sets in the gym. That could also be because i caught a little cold so..
Anyway, so far so good, i am looking forward to seeing strenght gains and even more loosing the years long fat.

Damn, 1.5 all the way into your delts? If I use 1.5 on delts I only go about half way in. That's most likely why it hurts so bad.

I most likely injected it into a bone so it wont work hahaha. This time i did not feel the tren taste in my mouth. Well, at least no caugh yet
