I use CoQ10 and CialisThat's not too terrible. You can look into a drug treatment, or just try to control your diet. Red yeast rice is the supplement of choice I believe, but I think you have to order the good stuff from china or something.
I started to record myself so i could monitor my form. Bench is placed in a stupid position in the gym so it is hard to record from good angle. Today i've done 5 sets of 5 rep with 220lbs. I felt good.
I forgot to mention that i've had a fucking nightmare which i assume are tren related as i rarely have those. I was dreaming that someone came to me and informing me about a terrible accident that my kids were involved in. I woke up in tears and all sweaty.

I feel your pain. All this sugar around is fucking my diet. I've had two family members in town, the kids birthday, and the rest lf the holiday shit.Here's another little update..
It looks as though my body has gotten used to tren as i no longer have high bp or headaches. Last three pins i've upped the dose to my initial 100mg eod that gave me troubles, i feel good now.
Yesterdays training:
I came to the gym by foot, it's a 15min walk for me and i was already sweating like a pig as i entered the gym. Also i felt very cold, almost started to shiver.
Yesterday was my squat/press/deadlift day. I still have issues with my hips while squatting. As i go down deep i feel pain in my hips, both sides but more on the right side.
I am thinking of making changes to my program and do a deadlift three times a week and try squatting once and do a machine press and some other machine exercise, just to let my hips recover a little.
Yesterday i pulled a 150kg/330lbs for a single, could pull it few more times but felt my form breaking so i stopped. This is a PB for me
The initial plan for this cycle was to shred, don't think that's happening. I have this fucking huge appetite while on this cycle that if i don't carb up during a day i am zombie eating at night, anything that can be eaten. This is also a fucked up time of the year when my kids are getting sweets all the time so i have to keep it stored in their room so i don't go zombie on them at night.
