Your charges aint nothing to worry about,.Look at your papers and i bet its a misdeamenor charge.You'll get probation with a fine,.I had my share of experience on this type of situation.

does anyone have a copy of Legal muscle. This is from the book On pages 298-299 it states that "the simple possession of anabolic steroids and HCG without a prescription is a misdemeanor under Cal Health & Saf Code 11377 the California Law, therefore, makes a special provision for anabolic steroids. Unlike the possessors of other non-narcotic schedule III drugs who are punishable by imprisonment either in a county jail for up to year or in state prison, first-time steroid possessors are misdemeanor violators and don't face prison time.
Get this all you Cali Bros under Proposition 36 you can complete drug rehab and its off your record. Clomid and needles should be less of a sentance

Both misdemeanors from what I know. 1K fine max, and up to 1 year. usually plead to a fine of 500. Now for the hard part, they are going to ask you, perhaps if you gave them three names they'll wipe your record. It's a lie, don't fall for it. That's probably why all the intimidation.

I was on parole and my parole officer found clomid nolvadex and propecia and syringes, I went to the needle exchange the next day and got a needle card and there is not date on the card in IL, they didn't know what the fuck clomid or nolvadex were they called the Da and there were no charges on those things so I said good give them back, they said I could not have them but there was no charge which was total bs, anyway when bush took office he sighned a bill that made it legal to get a 90 day supply of most drugs from overseas so there should be no charge on the clomid, if this is your first offense you will probably get probation on the pins if you use a PD but if you get a lawyer you should get community service. At least that is what would happen here in IL

Ive been in L.A. county more than once and they do not want your juicing ass in their over populated prison. You will plea bargain down to one class three misdemeanor which means jack shit. Nothing to worry about. Lets just hope this is your first offense. I was looking at 25 year sentence on my first offense and got 30 days house arrest.

It has been my experience that our Criminal Justice system is based on Plea Bargaining. To accomplish this they LIE and scare you with the WORSE UNREALIASTIC NO WAY POSSIBLE scenario. They do this so that when the hit you with the no jail time deal you will jump. I believe the thing people forget the most is that ultimately the only people we need to convince is a jury of our peers. I have found the question to ask is will the DA waste the time and cost of a jury trial for this BS charge It does not matter what the crime is we have the constitutional right to a fair and speedy trial of our peers. So with that in mind the DA will not take a BS charge to trial unless he KNOWS that its a slam dunk? In other words he believes that in no way will a single person out of your 12 peers would believe the possible story and reason you gave. The DA (which is not the actual one trying your case) got his position by his win record. The assistant DA trying your case will never make DA by losing BS cases. You will be surprised how quick the charges will be reduced, reduced, reduced when you say TRIAL, TRIAL, and TRIAL. I am not saying this is the case always but I have seen it to be true more times then not. Thats why you get a GOOD attorney and he can advise you if playing HARD ball is the play to make. ALSO I have found that MOST PUBIC(ha-ha) Defenders are in on the whole Plea Bargaining scam. All this is just my humble opinion always get a GOOD lawyer that has that benefit of complete discovery in your case.
