Hi all,

I've tried to search the forum, hopefully it's not a repeat post or blaintally obvious.

My driving licence and passport are out of date, can't renew driving licence because of a ban and passport is a 8 week lead time.

Is it possible to buy bitcoin in the UK using bank transfer???

Go find a bitcoin atm machine that doesn't require any identification. Put cash into machine then transfer to bitcoin address of your choosing........should be simple as that.

There will be some shitty fee's, but worth it for anonymity.

You can get a free wallet with bitcoin app on playstore. No I'd required and you can use bitcoin atms to buy and send to app on phone then from there you can send to whoever. No I'd required and simple to use.

Some machines require photo ID and some only require a mobile number. There's bound to be machines close to you that don't require ID.

i'm not sure if that would work. Using a bank account with a different name than the name used to register is probably going to pop a red flag on their end.

I'm not bothered about using my name or identity, I just don't have a valid form of identity
