Interesting combo that's hit the market. I had a client use Cagri-Sema with some good results. I'm a fan of reta and adding cagri to it is interesting.. I'm not associated with any peptide company so please don't take this as a push to sell product. I believe I removed any company names from the attachment
This is not a criticism of you, it's interesting and I'm glad to see this info.
However, this is madness, and unlike some rando combining peptides like a mad scientist. limiting the potential harms to themselves and a small group of like minded individuals, offering a product like this, coupled with this analysis lends a very deceptive air of legitimacy.
One of the key steps before a pharma developed peptide is even tested on animals is that a simulation is run "in silico", that is, a computer model.
Every potential combination that could result from the peptide breaking down, degrading, or contaminant produced in the manufacturing process joining together is analyzed for its potential risk to health. This can result in tens of thousands of possible combinations.
Any high risk compounds are identified, then steps are taken to prevent them from forming. If they can't be prevented from forming or removed, it's back to the drawing board.
Add a second peptide and now the potential new compounds formed number in the millions.
Novo Nordisk didn't just throw Cagri and Sema in a vial together. They went through this simulation, and took steps to prevent hazardous new peptides from forming by adding surfactants and polymers to prevent amino chains from adhering to each other.
UGL doesn't take these steps to prevent the formation of new compounds when combining peptides, And obviously they're not running the simulation to gauge potential risk,
It's estimated 80% of new peptide drugs never make it past this simulation stage, for good reason. Combinations make the risks exponentially higher and there are almost no multi-peptide drugs that have been approved for human use, Cargri-sema being a rare exception.
Anyone using this needs to understand that regardless of the "purity" established by these small labs, a dubious and incomplete analysis that's lacking in a lot of detail (compare "peptide mapping" to the simple analysis above), they're volunteering to be guinea pigs with the potential of very bad consequences that may not become apparent for years, or decades.
There are certainly risks in using any UGL produced peptide, and even new pharma therapies, but understand that by straying too far off the path of those on the market, like Sema and Tirz, which have a huge body of research establishing a reasonable degree of safety, you're exposing yourself to real dangers,
The question that you need to ask yourself is, why? What can these do that Sema or Tirz can't? Is the risk worth the "reward"?
Are you rolling the dice as a last ditch effort to cure a fatal disease? Or just in hurry because the most effective weight loss treatments known to mankind aren't fast enough for you?
