For those who have tried both Cagrilintide and Semaglutide. If you had to pick just one, which would you say is better for fat loss and overall results?

Wow. Just… wow.go make an intro thread and use the search bar
happy to help.Wow. Just… wow.
I don’t know what I would have done without this groundbreaking advice. "Go make an intro thread and use the search bar?" Genius. Revolutionary. Life-changing. I can only imagine the sheer depth of wisdom and experience it took to craft such a profound response.
The world would truly be lost without your guidance. Thank you for taking time out of your incredibly busy schedule to drop this priceless gem of knowledge. I’ll cherish it forever.
Ah, the kindness continues!happy to help.
im sure youll be a valuable addition to this community
awesome, say that in an intro.because I have a wealth of knowledge and experience
Ah, the kindness continues!
The funny thing is, I actually will be able to contribute here—because I have a wealth of knowledge and experience. And unlike some, I’m more than happy to help others rather than cling to a false sense of superiority by handing out the bare minimum and calling it wisdom.
But hey, I truly appreciate the warm welcome. It’s been inspiring.
Telling someone to "say that in an intro"—pure innovation. You’re really out here changing lives. But the real highlight? The negative scores. When everyone knows it’s you doing it, it just makes you look incredibly self-conscious. Almost like you’re grasping for control in the only way you know how.
But hey, if silently downvoting me makes you feel better, knock yourself out. Just don’t strain yourself reaching for that moral high ground—seems like a tough climb.
Appreciate the insight.Relax bro, BigTom's ok, any of 1000 members here would do the same. Not too many rules are enforced around here, but the intro post is one, and you won't. get into the underground forum without it, so he's doing you a favor,
Haven't used Cagri, but the results for Cagrisema weren't as good as expected and its commercial availability is now in question. I think UGLs will probably drop it in favor of others eventually,
That matters because I think long term, continuous use is the best way to use GLPs,
Sema is great for weight loss, can be brutal in the short term, like the tren of GLPs, but the value and plentiful supply can't be beat. First 5mg vial is literally a 2.5 month supply.
Tirz is a step up in terms of easier sides (a weaker GLP component and GIP counteracts some GLP sides) and a few additional systemic health benefits, Also easier to find a "no appetite suppression dose" to stay on while bulking than others, for a small premium over Sema,
Truly, you are the best in the world—no competition. You have nothing to worry about. The world loves you, everything is okay, and you can finally relax knowing you have successfully asserted your dominance over the internet. You are just as sassy and sarcastic as my wife.
You go girl
Appreciate the insight.
I’m already on Reta, but I’m considering adding a very small dose of either Semaglutide or Cagrilintide, since I don’t have access to CagriSema. Hence why I was asking—if you had to pick one, which would you go with and why?
I appreciate you, brother—thank you. That was incredibly informative and exactly the answer I was looking for.I never advise combining GLP class meds, except in rare circumstances of maxing the pharma dose of one without adequate results,
When I do, for numerous reasons I recommend a small dose of Sema midweek. I strongly advise starting below the usual .25mg Sema dose when adding it on to another med. .10mg the first week,
I have a weak response to Sema after having used it for years, but the synergistic effect of adding .25mg crippled me, a total shock. If it were Sema in its own, I wouldn't have any noticeable effects below 1mg.
So try .10mg half way between Reta doses, and then titrate up the following week after judging how it peaks a couple of days later.
I appreciate you, brother—thank you. That was incredibly informative and exactly the answer I was looking for.
I’ll take your advice and begin with .10mg midweek, then assess how it peaks before making any adjustments. Really grateful for you taking the time to share your experience and knowledge.
Much respect!
Brother, this is the reason everyone loves you. You go out of your way, you have a wealth of knowledge, and you’re just a genuinely great guy. I just want to say thank you, man. This knowledge is priceless. Both Tirz and Reta had to weaken the GLP-1 part of their hormone formulas(adding GIP Glucagon) to fit the whole thing in 39 amino acids (for legal reasons ). A shame since GLP-1 is the real base of weight loss for these meds. Adding even a little GLP-1 back in seems to turbocharge them.
Lower numbers reflect the relative strength of receptor agonism. You can see Sema is the king.

I’ve scoured everywhere—from Reddit to every other bodybuilding forum—and no one has broken it down the way you just did. And I’m not trying to kiss your butt, I’m just letting you know facts.
Seriously, thank you.
I’m gonna go make that intro post right now because you clearly demonstrated why it would benefit me. Appreciate you, man. You’ve been solid, and I can already see the value in being part of this community. Thanks again!Appreciate it man. I learn as much as I offer from the wealth of knowledge here.
Even the occasional hostile asshole forces me to stay on my game, so even they're tolerable, to a point, lol.
Please make that intro post so you have a smooth ride into MESO![]()
Never tried Cagrilintide but I have tried sema and tirzepatide. For those who have tried both Cagrilintide and Semaglutide. If you had to pick just one, which would you say is better for fat loss and overall results?
