Calf Training Article

Just thought I would post this..
It may help some, it may not ..I don't care either way :p

Calf Training

never trained calves, and i have big calves. genetics? maybe.
try some fast walking. fast! or uphill. i wonder if calves are meant to push a ton. like forearms are meant to grip.
who walks? i could do it forever. jogging mostly hams and glutes. running or sprinting involes everything. if you can maintain youll really work the cardio vascular.

Thanks for posting this MANWHORE.

Thank you for bringing it back up

I was thinking about this one last night while in bed..
wondering if anyone else saw it.

Alot of athletes like basketball players use the tendons more for spring and
the muscles have not much reason to grow bigger.

I think slowing down the movement and getting the weight/work
put on the muscle and off the tendon, is what is needed, for those
who have problems developing calfs.

And fat people have bigger calfs because they store more
calories and those calories are dispersed throughout the body..
and not so much because the calfs have more weight to carry around.

Fat people don't use calfs much when they walk.. Watch a fat person
walk and see how their legs point out in front of them, they basically swing
their legs forward and outward they go because of the friction between
their FAT ASS thighs .. O now, that's not nice [:o)]

Kind of like a metal head who wears doc martins walks.
Watch how the heal of the boot touches and hits the ground first
like during a military march.
