calorie/protein/carb/fat intake

Hello all,

I follow a very strict diet regimen. Looks like this

3600 calories total

-410 g protein
-430 g carbs
-51 g fat

I use alot of supplements and train my f-ing ass off 5 days a week.
Stats: 6'2", 200 lbs, 10% bf.
I am curious as to whether these numbers need to be tweaked when I start using gear. Any info would be sweeeeeeeeeeeeet peace

If youre looking to add some quality mass, then you'll want to increase your calories to around 4000 or a little more. Fat intake, IMO, is too low for bulking.
