Damn I thought it was just 1g of creatine every day...Yup
Weeks 1-20 1250mg test c
Weeks 1-12 600mg deca
Weeks 1-4 50mg anadrol
Weeks 12-20 500mg tren a
Weeks 12-20 500mg mast
12iu genotropin per day
Is that what you wanted to hear? It's a shit load of food, day after day busting his ass in the gym, never letting anything get in the way of sleep, years of consistency, great sleep, and a little aas sprinkled on top. No that's not his cycle, but most just wanna hear some made up bs and believe it'll make them look like their idol
In all honesty if you really want as close to a cycle as his, email him and hire him to coach you. Obviously he's going to use the protocols be has found to be successful. Working with knowledgeable coaches is one of the best ways to learnDamn I thought it was just 1g of creatine every day...
Yeah might just do that, wondered if PTs actually hook up their clients(not free) but in general lolIn all honesty if you really want as close to a cycle as his, email him and hire him to coach you. Gotta hop on the tren train , only way to go lol, gotta do whatever it takes goddamn itAs mentioned above, aas enhance but do not create. Time under tension, timed rest periods, periodization, knowing when to go to failure/dropset/rest-pause, understanding food and your unique physiological response to food, sleep, remaining as stress-free as possible, and plenty of sex. All those plays a huge factor in reaching your goals. Oh, and tren/drol usually helps
I just came down to the case of snorting tren ace pellets, heard that you'll keep gainz for life. No pct neededWeeks 1-LIFE Test E 500mgs/week
Dosages may vary around competitions.
This has to do with genetics and the type of movements you do at the gym. Don't do core exercises that will add width to your midsection. Do lots of lats, delts for that v-taper and width. And do vacuums for the midsection.but just want a similar classic style physique like his and Arnold's
Well said brother, genetics does play a big role but will never know until you try it right? I know about the profiles just thought that there might be some sort of bulking connection that all classic physique guys use like calum, arash rahbar and sadhik , I'm thinking that a deca, dbol and test stack would be the base of all the thick and fullness, just wanted to know the other additives in that cocktail stack. But I'm still learningThis has to do with genetics and the type of movements you do at the gym. Don't do core exercises that will add width to your midsection. Do lots of lats, delts for that v-taper and width. And do vacuums for the midsection.
If you get more width in your lats, it'll automatically make your midsection look smaller. Doing vacuums will enhance it further. Wide delts too.
Also, the bigger your arms, the smaller your waist will look. Remember, to develop big arms you need to focus on your triceps.
Who care what drugs he or anyone else takes. What you should ask is what kinds of drugs does he probably take. It should be obvious though, that is if you're well informed about various steroid profiles and the effects they have on our bodies.
He has good genetics and a fast metabolism. He's able to get in low bf % easily and quickly. He stays pretty lean.
Because of that, one could say he probably uses tren and winstrol close to competitions. For adding size, he would use test and maybe even primo. He might even be using HGH. I'd be surprised if he wasn't.
He could really be using anything. His bulking diet might not be too excessive. He might not be eating a surplus of calories that many of us do while bulking.
This is all guess work on our part. It's a science experiment that we all conduct on ourselves. Through education and trial and error, you can find a sweet spot in training, diet, and drugs to get a comparable look.
