Hi I've been training chest on Mondays and Fridays for a while and I've been noticing that when I get to the gym on Mondays seems like my chest won't relate to the Weights no more on that day.and that my back is craiving a workout instead .hope this doesn't sound weird but does anyone know if this change is supposed to be done or if I'm incorrect can someone give me advice. Thanks
