I have tried 3 hours before bed and decreased it by 30 min until 30 min before bed. However, it has only been a month. I have blood work on Tuesday to check how my IGF-1 levels have changed before deciding if I want to go above 2iu. I just got some Anavar in so for this week (since my sleep has been off) I switched to injecting upon wakening with Anavar for my fasted workouts to run that "fat loss" experiment.Made my sleep worse at first too. After a few months of my body adjusting I started getting way better sleep on it than without it. Has experimenting with shot timing helped you in regards to sleep?
