Can I run hgh by itself?

Made my sleep worse at first too. After a few months of my body adjusting I started getting way better sleep on it than without it. Has experimenting with shot timing helped you in regards to sleep?
I have tried 3 hours before bed and decreased it by 30 min until 30 min before bed. However, it has only been a month. I have blood work on Tuesday to check how my IGF-1 levels have changed before deciding if I want to go above 2iu. I just got some Anavar in so for this week (since my sleep has been off) I switched to injecting upon wakening with Anavar for my fasted workouts to run that "fat loss" experiment.

After about 3ish months I could take it right before bed and I’d sleep better than without. Do you suffer from sleep issues prior to hgh? Anecdotally it seems those already having sleep issues are the ones who don’t get the most sleep benefits from hgh unfortunately. I’ve seen suggestions it’s related to hgh’s impact on thyroid function but never got around to blood tests on it because it resolved itself.
