College campuses are closing down now, only online studies. What isn't closed today will be closed in a day or two.

I expect most major corporate headquarters to be scaling back activity this week as well, with next week being the big push for closures.

Never touching your face is a cardinal rule in the gym.

Soon as you're done, wash your hands with the hottest water you can stand. Get out to your car slap the hand sanitizer. Get home, wash your hands again, if you can take a shower.

Hand washing is the best way to avoid this.

People I see carrying their drinks, phone, rubbing their faces, nose, eyes. Not smart at all.

I personally think the hysteria is largely the media and big pharma looking to cash in on another forced vaccination if you want to work or go to school.

Yes viruses exist and yes they will kill people, this is supposed to happen, nature is telling us there's too many people, luckily it mainly kills older nursing home patients which will save us a bundle and eliminate a voting pool that has held this country back for decades.

And doc What do you think about the decrease the radiation factor to decrease the risk of getting that shit?
