Alpha lab supply is where I got EO before BN started carrying it. Had no issues with shipping it to Canada and I think the price was actually a little cheaper than BN.

I was going to take a stab at metformin, but did a little research and found that it inhibits igf-1 , weather the claims are true, i decided to take cylon cinnamon/berbine seems to be working well will see on the up coming ac1 , i wasnt high on the last at 5.7 but i wanted to be in the lower range.

Its very possible lots of studies say that the activation of ampk leads to cholesterol synthesis to be inhibited, breakdown of lipid stores to slow down, inhibition of triglyceride synthesis, and increased sensitivity in insulin release.

I did read the article on 18 years old it lowers igf-1 but in adults it never.

We All probably could benifit from Metformin, the truth is that unless your in it for every pound of muscle i dont think Metformin would have any effect on you and the benifits would out way the possible side effects.

google scholar is lit with articles on Metformin you could get lost ....

Honestly i really cant say for sure it does or dosn't, at the time i Had read an article, and my ac1 was only 5.7 so i wasnt sure I wanted to go down that rd yet.

Prosum was super popular is Quebec for a while.

Never had a bad experience with Prosum aka PowderGuy/PG. All his products were very good IMO, but he's been gone for years. Was not well liked on certain biased forums but I had zero complaints.
