Personal Possession of gear is not illegal in Canada. This I know for a fact! BUT the buying, selling, or producing of gear is a no no as Missions found out.4. (1) Except as authorized under the regulations, no person shall possess a substance included in Schedule I, II or III. **note that there is no IV here**
Read this post recently, few minor updates since the post in 2008 but the most important part which is above above still applies.
Steroids are a Schedule IV Drug.

Hmmm thought that's what I said bro lol Personal Possession is legal EVERYTHING else is illegal. Is it buying illegal?
By what I read in the LE website I had understood only produce, sell or import were illegal, odd, but that's what I understood about the law, I will search that page I read and look at that again.
I'm not one hundred percent sure as well, but well, no plans to produce, import or sell any time soon anyway...Hmmm thought that's what I said bro lol Personal Possession is legal EVERYTHING else is illegal.![]()
Give ya an example 5yrs ago a buddy returned from Thailand at YVR. You can spot this guy a mile away straight "gear head". Well he brought a couple K worth of gear back and got busted. Customs called Rcmp and they interviewed him for hours. Subsequently releasing him without charges but his name red flagged. Lol Lazy pigs didnt wanna do the paper work imo. Cuz smuggling a couple K worth of Cocaine you bet your ass he woulda been charged. SmhI'm not one hundred percent sure as well, but well, no plans to produce, import or sell any time soon anyway...
If someone knows for sure please enlighten us
Now I read the law, so, still not clear to me, AAS are in the schedule IV, so, for sure no issues about possession, schedules I to III are narcotics, those are illegal to possess, of course, AAS are ilegal to buy (and that's where it gets gray for me) from a practitioner???From my understanding I thought it was illegal to possess without a prescription?
I can be wrong, I'm not LE or even have any LE friend to talk about that, but my take on that is they won't care about you unless you are moving too much gear or in some other shit, they will not wast their time with someone like me who buys 600, 1000 bucks per year in gearGive ya an example 5yrs ago a buddy returned from Thailand at YVR. Yea strange laws we have. Allowed to possess, but not buy, import, trade, give, or receive. So as long as you just have personal amounts and don't know how you got it your OK.
