I know SYN/Opti/Pareto didn't ask for ID as a requirement even as a first time customer from experience.

dude I really appreciated you DMd me and vouched for pareto and offered me advice when I was looking for sources. I'm just not comfortable sending a pic of my ID to a stranger on the internet. Plus a lot of people here warned me not to do that.

Pretty much you listed off atleast two good reasons for him to bounced from here. Soliciting via PM isn't allowed afaik, then he misdirects saying Genetec? Pareto needs to be tagged in here so they know this goof is making them look bad.
