Fuck
That's a nice healthy dose.
Make some gains on cruise lol.

Obviously hard to tell right now, but I'm willing to bet you make some gains on TRT
You have s great doc if that's where he put you lol

Absolutely. I've made noticeable gains already and it has only been a few weeks.

My doc is fantastic. He's not going all YOLO, though. He's OK with 1100 TT so long as my health markers stay in range. If anything goes out of whack he's made it quite clear that he's dropping my dose down.

I was off of steroids for a bit over a year before I started TRT, so I plan on going back into things with an emphasis on diet and training consistency and only running light blasts from here on out.

No more test, tren, EQ and superdrol craziness. I'm thinking I'll keep my blasts at or around a TRT dose of test and add in 400 mast or primo here and there.

The Primo does such a great job even at 400.
Just added 400 Primo to my Tren run with 200mg Test
Feels amazing

You've hit the nail on the head, all about the training and diet.

Something I need to sort out myself, but working 12 hour days minimum 7 days a week kind of fucks me lol.

The fact that guys like Bware, with his physique can make gains at TRT, just shows I'm not spending enough time in the kitchen and on the weights

been back at the gym since they opened, on week 11 of my blast. 5 more to go i think ill cut it at 16 was going to do 18 but we will see.

I feel you on that bro. I did stucco this summer before heading back to "remote" university and fuck, it was hard to do that for 10 hours a day and then hit the gym at 8pm for 2 hours every day of the week. Not sure if your line of work involves manual labour, but 12 hour work days are mentally draining too.

I'm a site supervisor (Also a carpenter) who just csnt keep his hands off the tools.

So I'll typically do...
Formwork on a daily basis for 12 or 14 hours
Or hang structural steel, pour concrete or just frame.. (Typically steel stud, but the expectation is to be able to frame over 100 linear feet of walls with a laborer per 8 hours, with doors swinging)
So I gotta move my ass to hit deadlines.

Hit the gym, eat and sleep.

I've done stucco and I'm a taper as well.

You definitely dont want to hit shoulder press or bench after working the trowel all day, your arm already feels like it's going to fall off LOL

Do you find being on your feet all day moving really hinders your progress at all? Now that I'm back at work I've dropped 5 lbs but my lifts are still going up so I guess that's a good sign. Hopefully it's mostly water weight lol

Legs suffer

I have a VERY hard time putting weight on my squats.
Especially since I'll log between 10-30 km a day of walking and moving

You do it all man! I've never really done any commercial/industrial work. I started out of high-school as a residential framer, we would form grade beams, ICF, driveways, sidewalks, etc, smaller stuff. Tie the rebar and pour as well. I didn't mind framing, except in winter the ability to frame at an efficient speed goes out the window due to the cold/snowy winters.

Haha exactly the first time I started spreading I underestimated how much of a workout it was. Wrist and shoulders took a few weeks to get used to the motions.

Yup eat, work, train, sleep, is basically the lifestyle.

Has anyone had any experience with steroidscanada.ca and inno products? Looking for a couple things that my regular source doesn’t carry, hoping Some fellow Canadians can chime in with their experience if any!

@ToastEater just placed an order, if I'm not mistaken.

Hopefully he will report back when he gets a TD.

I just go to my Inno rep
If you can find one yourself, the list is half priced (approximatly) what it is on that website.

I heard it’s hard to come in contact with a legit inno rep though. Yeah I seen his post, it’s actually where I found them, I suggested a place for him to get inj.l-carnitine and seen he had ordered from steroidscanada and started to browse their site. There’s really just a couple oddities that I want, like some ment, test suspension/base.. and maybe a couple of those multi blends..

Always remember my.first winter framing job.
Ate shit and nutted myself while walking the 2x6 double top plate on an exterior wall.
Was about 20 ft up, so I'm just happy I didnt fall while I was trying to tie all the trusses in lol

Nailing fascia board and outcroppings I'd always shady business when the roof is a sheet of ice and you're hand nailing it while over the edge.

Not enjoyable, I dont play with that shit anymore

They have some super interesting blends and products on their list, that's for sure.
probably the most diverse offering of any Canadian UGL

I just wish they're on Meso
As I'm a Meso or nothing kind of guy

But Inno likes to keep a super low profile, I guess thats why they've been at it for so long without issues

I find clostebol interesting. It's supposed to be like a slightly weaker test that doesn't aromatize.

I'd like to add a six to eight week blast to my TRT and see how that goes. Maybe 4-500mg a week or so.
