Guys, I want to give Pareto's Clen a second chance. I have 1 packet left still which should be enough for a cycle.
Can someone tell me what the best way to cycle it is?
I'm getting so much contradictory info from my research online..
The first time I did 25 mcg for a week, 50 mcg for 2 or so weeks, 75 mcg for a week, and then 100mcg for a week or two. No breaks in between. Didn't do shit for me with a decent diet. Only exeperienced slight shakes. Rapid heart beat was apparent though.
I'm actually going to do a STRICT diet this time. Speaking about 1600-1700 calories/day which is about 800-1000 below my maintenance.
Any suggestions? Preferably from those that took Clen successfully and had results (...and are still alive
