total T 437(241-827)
free T 20.6(8.7-25.1)
LH 8 (1.5-9.3)
FSH 5.9 (1.4-18.1)
Progesterone .7 (.3-1.2)
Estradiol 26 (0-54)

Im 34 years old. Not a weight lifter. Do Triathlons. Just wondering would HRT benefit me? I seem to be in the middle of the range, wondering if I was at the higher end how I would perform.

Chip I love HRT but it is more for the feeling of well being and increased sex drive and higher energy level. You would definently recover faster from your training. The only question in my mind is are your numbers to high for HRT, but only your doc can answer that.

Your levels don't look that bad to consider hrt. Once you start hrt, are you prepare to be on it for life? For us guys that probably permanently screwed up our hpt doing cycles regularly have the option of hrt, trying over a period of time with ancillaries to maybe restore some function, or feel lousy. When you get in your 50's the logical choice seems to be hrt, your to young for that-esp. since your levels are not that bad. With your LH being high it shows your pituitary is doing it's job trying to get your testes to produce more tes, even tho your levels could be higher, I think it still may be a bit too soon for hrt. It would be interesting to see what Swales take would be. Greg B.

I forgot to add your free tes is the important/active level and it's high normal. I wouldn't do hrt. I'd hit the nutrition hard-extra protein, creatine, good multiple with high anti-oxidants/electrolytes, essential fatty acids, etc. Make sure your diet is impeccable and preferable organic. If your considering some kind of boost to your recovery/injuries with anabolic's, go with things that have minimal impact on the hpt such as primobolin or even GH. Good luck. Greg B.

You may indeed benefit from a small dose of T. Your Free T is disproportionately high, compared to Total T, and good for you.
