Okay so this has got me wondering. There’s this guy that goes by the name “big mike”. He offers anabolic coaching and consultation, and really seems to know his stuff about the science behind all of this. Extremely, extremely in depth. But according to him, the human body is not capable of absorbing more than 125mg of a compound per injection, and that’s on the high end of the spectrum of what we should be taking.. So loading anything over 125mg of each compound in the syringe for a shot is a waste, and you just shit out the rest, according to him. Now personally I like the idea of “micro dosing” long esters, and using small amounts more frequently. Hence why I’m doing an EOD pinning schedule with enanthate, cypionate, and decanoate esters currently. But idk how I feel about the idea that our body just can use anything more than 125mg at a time.. thoughts?
