Naw man. I've been on 125 mg test and most was 250mg for years. I haven't blasted since 2021 and I've never ran tren or any nandrolones or any test above 750 for longer than 8 weeks. Even the cardiologists (3 of them) knew I was on trt and they said this wasn't caused by gear. But to everyone else who said they're happy I'm here, I am too! Has anyone noticed their QSC vial losing their vacuumed state? I reconstituted a vial of TB500 and was surprised to see that my syringe/bac water wasn't being pulled in, i.e. there's no longer a vacuum. Previous vials from the same kit did have a vacuum though.

Filtered that but it makes me iffy whenever I inject it

Pushed about .8 ml of air back into my syringe.. I personally just use the shit with no vacumm but not gonna make any recommendations on what someone else should do.

I've had some vials with no vacuum too. If it's any consolation, Lobs 50 IU GH vials showed no deterioration after 6 months with no vacuum.

Maybe vacuum is important for people storing vials for decades. I'm not doing that. There are no peptides that I need to store for 10+ years.

I’ve used plenty of peptides without vacuum. Things like PT141 and MT1. Those are peptides that you know real fast whether they are still effective or not. I still got real brown with a boner in no time. lol

Hello everyone,

I’d like to provide an update. Approximately 70% of our issues have been resolved, but we still have around 30% left to sort out before we can resume Op. The situation has been far more complicated to resolve than anticipated, and it’s taking much longer than expected. Unfortunately, I can’t provide an exact timeline for when we’ll be back, but I can assure you that we will return soon, despite the significant losses, mental stress, and all the dog shit we've been dealing with during this period. Contrary to what some might imagining us sipping piña coladas on Caribbean black titties, this has been an incredibly difficult ordeal. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we’ve endured and are still working to resolve.

The AAS and peptides biz is now heavily regulated and highly risky. Despite all the OPSEC we implemented, our operations were impacted during the crackdown, given the scale of our trading company, we ended up in the same range as production factories. At the end of the day, we’re not operating in the shadows, we’re a legally registered company with offices and warehouses.... so not out of the reach.

Once we’re back, we will make things right for every pending order and every reshipment that’s needed. I’ve always been a man/women of my word, and while financial gain hasn’t been my primary motivation, 2024 has turned into a non-profit year due to these events—despite the hard work we’ve put in throughout the year.

For OPSEC reasons, I can't log in except on very few occasional basis, so sorry about that, but I can't answer any comment after my post until we're back.

This is why pharma injects an inert gas to release vacuum pressure. Even if the stopper has a slow leak, it's not going to suck in air with neutral pressure and the peptide is still protected from oxidation.

It's not good to have no vacuum, any of the molecules oxidized by coming into contact with air will usually become inactive, but the main damage caused by oxidation is the formation of potentially immunogenic aggregates.

There are no studies of oxidized TB500, but it contains Tyrosine, which insulin also contains. Studies show insulin with oxidized tyrosine is less effective to the point it becomes a problem for the patient using it.

By filtering it, you're removing the large aggregates most likely to trigger an immune response.

You're also removing any bacteria that's compromised sterility.

So after filtration you've significantly lessened any potential risks from the peptide being exposed to air, and it's gone from some unknown risk to a much lower risk.

As @narta pointed out, the best thing to do with a vial that's compromised is to chuck it.

If it were me, if it were my peptide and I didn't have a lot on hand, I'd probably filter a dose just before use, so there was no time for new aggregates to form from oxidized molecules, and use it. But everyone's risk tolerance is different ofc. I'm focused on long term health so I want to minimize risk, but not to the point I stop using UGL drugs altogether.
