Unfortunately not all of them are like that in my experience. Some never again wanted to fuck/see me because of it. But like you said, some of them give those few extra percent to end up being of the special list of women i came with during sex.
Even more rare, i only had 2 girls get me off during a blowjob and even those took half an hour.
