Carb cycling for recomp


Dude with my work I have no real meal plan any more I can pretty much eat what I want I make sure to get as much in as I can through out the day as I can and that includes junk food too I eat a bag of chips a night almost every night and I'm getting bigger, stronger and leaner.
 
oh ok, did you ever do a carb cycle? I am looking at doing that , that is all man , and I took interest in your post
 
Yeah it seems to work but I think if you are going to cut you have to lower your calories that's it. But carb cycling seems to help stop the slowdown of fat burn and makes it easier to stay on the diet for a long period of time.
 
sweet, did u have an actual meal plan strict, or just make ur own up

Shit sorry dude I'm never on here any more I made up one using my current carbs as a bace.

I started with 1 day no carb 1 regular

Then switched to 2 days no carbs 1 regular

Then 3 days no carbs 1 high carb.

Basically just switched as soon as I thought I was slowing in progress.
