Last three weeks, been doing cardio PWO 20mins on stepper, while taking 60mcg of clen and it has changed my body pretty quickly.

Thing is, now I can feel the fatigue from the cardio, and I'm sure the clen, catching up, so I was thinking about taking a "cardio break" for a week or two, drop the clen as well, then get back at it.

I will still be in a deficit during this time, so I shouldn't be gaining fat doing so.

Anyone use do this?

No, if overall fatigue is being driven up too much, try 1-2 days of maintenance calories to bring it back down and reassess, keep cardio and gear/fat burners the same

The increase in calories should come from carbs, and just an increased amount of your normal carb sources, not off plan food

I've been losing weight fast; I'm actually seeing the results almost daily. 230, to 228 in one day; I was thinking its too fast. So you're saying a refeed is in place?

My thinking was if I removed the cardio for a bit, it would be like adding more food; so lets say I burned 200 extra off a day from cardio, why would it be diff if adding 200 calories from carbs? See what I mean, and I would still be in a deficit and not gain any fat or anything.

Yes, 2lbs in one day if it's not that initial drop would be too much.

I would do a day at maintenance calories and keep all other variables the same. Just increase carbs.

Just my opinion and experience that this approach would be the better choice than just pulling cardio based off where you are in your cut judging by your pics in the other thread.

Although, you could just pick one method, try it, assess the outcome and record it so you can compare later and see what you feel works best

I've been dieting for four months straight; some people do "diet breaks" where they stay at their new maintenance for a week or two to restore leptin levels and other things. I could do that, but I'm enjoying my progress too much lol.

If you are still making progress and are not running into excessive fatigue or having to push ridiculous amounts of cardio or extremely low calories and I don't see any reason to take a break.

Well its not like I'm getting weaker or am tired, my body just feels "worn out"; I think its the clen actually rather than anything else.

I'm taking the family on vacation for in two weeks, so I'm gonna push until then; then I'll have 5 days off relaxing on vaca.

How is your cut going?

Seems like you've been tryna lose weight for a few years now while still eating doritos
First of all, it was SUN CHIPS when I bulking...lol

Secondly, its going like absolute shit: Lost 30lbs, from 260 to 230, so clearly not working.

I'm taking my sweet-ass time and not making the mistakes I did last cut—taking 50mcg of t3 melting muscle away—and I've kept a shit ton more this time.

Here's me just sharing some highlights 2023 Cut

Lol, I am just playing around. Glad to see you can take a joke.

Hopefully you get to where you want to go this time around bro. You have persistence which is the most important ingredient.

Best of luck to you.
