You can find anything you want on the net including good diet.Start your diet first then do both cardio and weight training together focusing first on more cardio than weight lifting.
just google it or search this site there are lots of topics on it.
Basically:
5 min warm up (jogging, eliptical, bike, stationary, ect....)
then its 4 intervals to start or 30 secs hard as u can go then 30 seconds cool down slow pace.
then repeat the above 3 more times.
then a 5 min cool down.
Weight training comes first and then do the cardio. If you're carrying too much fat do cardio more than three times a week, otherwise three times would be just fine (Preferably in non-training days).
