Carnitine cloudy after filtering

Hey guys, I've done more than hundred of batches of carnitine 500 mg/ml and today I did two batches and both of them are cloudy after filtering.

Everything I do is the same as always. My solution gets cloudy after adding BA 1% but as soon as I filter it it becomes clear but not this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know why but I remembered I had some Nylon66 0.45 micron filters and I've put one on top of my PTFE 0.22 micron filter and tried filtering like that. The solution is crystal clear now. Anyone has any idea why?

all of them are hydrophilic right?
