Cat Café EU & US domestic

According to a German forum there was a new big wave of letters from LE all across Germany. Some people have already gained insight to their investigative files, LE has proof of communication which then also includes payments.

The possibility of them having then full proof of purchase, payment and shipping is very high (if not even confirmed at this point, having access to the full communication) but also shows that despite talking about how good Cats OpSec was is very questionable.

I don't know how law is in Germany but doesn't make any sense or from where I am is not.
Let's say that police has a payment send by me to Liska and a list of products that allegedly I ordered.
But how they can prove that the package I received actually has x number of aas vials and those vials has a illegal substance and is not just oil or nothing inside. To do that they must do a controlled delivery when you actually pick your package and get a warrant to search your house to get more evidence as that alone isn't enough.
Or at least this is how it is here. Was several cases of people that was caught pick up drugs(marijuana, cocaine)package from Spain or Germany but they were under the watch for months to get more evidence and they send the package to themselves.
Is not that easy to sentence a person

But currently only letters for people they live in germany, If i understand that correct ?
It depends on your country of origin. I can imagine Scandinavian customers might also be receiving letters. In my country, authorities don't really care unless you're selling.

Only heard about people living in germany getting chased by LE, did not hear about anything else so far. Considering how slow LE works and there are dozens of letters sent this will take another year or 2 before anything outside of germany might happen but i doubt it would ever happen.

LE is just trying to fine people as much as possible to get the gov. some money for buying tanks i guess.

How can you be so confidently wrong? No, they won’t send a letter saying, “We’re coming over on XYZ day.” But they will send a letter asking you to come into the station. Once you're there, they'll ask if you have your phone if you say yes, they'll casually ask to see it, and before you know it, it’s in their hands. Then they'll politely ask if they can search your home. If you refuse, they'll just get a warrant and do it anyway.

I'm speaking from experience, you're probably speaking from chatgpt experience.
you're a lucky one, they woke me up at 4-5am in the morning and searched my house, then brought me into the station

idk about the other scandinavian countries, here in denmark tho they just send a fine and you can deny it. then they have to get proofs and take it to court or drop it

Exbb? Ich finde dazu nichts. In solchen Fällen kann man sich auch gegenseitig helfen, wenn man dazu bereit ist.

This is the American version of Meso, we try to speak english around here,,
He's just asking to be fed the sources when it literally would take 2-5 minutes maximum, especially for any german speaking user. Forums, groups and social meida from lawyers are full of this stuff every 3 months (basically whenever LE sends out a new pile of letters)

I received a letter from the police last week. It listed my last order from Liska. I immediately handed it over to a lawyer I know (I’m based in Germany), and I’m curious to see what comes of it. Might be interesting for some people here. The accusations mentioned were possession, acquisition, and distribution of doping substances. The amount was under €1000.
Hey, thanks for sharing this! In which Bundesland are you? I’m interested to know if the case is still centralized or transferred to each Bundesland…

I'm moving back to Germany due to job, moving to fucking Bavaria.. FUCK... fucking Anti-Doping Law.. the officials are really getting off for going after leisure gym goer all for that statistics. Should've directed that effort into catching terrorists or maintaining security in islamists infest cities instead

Don't they need a warrant or something to search your phone?
This is such an American comment to make. In most European countries (at least the ones that still want to mantain that silly facade of law and order, aka "Western Europe"), 99% of the time if you tell the po-po "no, you can't search my house without a warrant" they'll argue that you not letting them search it is proof that you have something to hide and get a letter to conduct a 100% lawful and valid in court search. And then anything else you have there is free game. Now if you're in ex-Soviet lands you might be able to shrug them off with 100-200 euros for a bribe... but not in Germany, that's for sure. And even then you might be the unlucky idiot that they gotta bust for their quotas

Say you have an antique gun without papers in addition to the gear, that's going to their storage and in your case as well, as an example of what searching your house could mean

What trash are you pedaling on the internet. You need to brush up your Hausdurchsuchung knowledge. In fact, the warrant will need to state in which extent the search is in scope (if they forgot about Keller in the paper the it’s not part of Durchsuchung)

On the plus side, Bavaria has some beautiful scenery. Enjoy your time there and go see the sights. Wintertime - do you ski?

Take full advantage of your work paying you to be there. Others have to save up and spend thousands just to go visit.

I have been there, and the US military was paying, LOL

What is your native country?
