A lot of stuff I've read states to keep training inside the hour mark stop the body turning into a catabolic state but if the body's at around the 16% body fat would it make a difference to these times
Thanks

It's BS because the statement is made without qualifiers like; the HR achieved, anaerobic vs aerobic WO, rest intervals durinng WO, glycogen storage status, waiting period between WO, level of conditioning, catabolism of what, and many others. Yep it's broscience and when I hear BROAD BASED, ALL INCLUSIVE OR EXCLUSIVE commentary as such it usually is.

:)

Using AAS along with keeping a clean healthy diet and using supplements like whey protein and BCAA's I believe will help keep you and get you into an anabolic state. No worries here.

I would want a nutrient uptake if I were going to train for multiple hours of weight lifting......I would just make a protein shake with some Gatorade powder and pray you don't get bloated. If you were lifting for an hour and wanted to do an hour of cardio, then I probably wouldn't worry about it, even though debateably you may miss the "golden hour" for nutrient uptake. I would still slam the protien/Gatorade as soon as the lifting/cardio session was over. Im certainly not an expert, but for whats it worth.

I didn't know about the Gatorade intake after the workout/ cardio I have to keep that in mind? Could it have to be any type of Gatorade?

Any sports drink powder will do as long as it has dextrose to spike your insulin to help your body rebuild muscle. I have a bit of an old school way of thinking which isn't always good, I know people disagree about the golden hour of nutrient uptake, but I like getting in some dextrose and protein post workout, it helps me not feel so depleted.

I don't buy that. I do two to two and a half hour workouts just cuz I love being at the gym and it's not hurting me any
