Cedric Mcmillan

Just like Big Ramy he needs to bring that crisp conditioning for him to actually be a very dangerous competitor..Not saying that he isn't it's just he always comes in looking watery but he still wins shows due to his freaky size. He's the Nasser of today, Also there is a lot of talk that Ramy might win the olympia soon due to the bodybuilding media saying that it's done for phil because in 2014 he came in 80% and not his full 100% which i believe Phil is going to win the O for the 5th time. Remember in 2012 when Phil heath came off at the Pre-Judging because his abs were faded but then at finals his abs were on point and managed to deplete water and still look full?. Yet people say that Kai Greene should've of won that year, Kai hasn't been in conditioned since 2009 since he won the Arnold Classic and when he was with his previous coach Oscar. Now that he's working with Farah he's always looking watery and bloated and not that conditioning he brought a while back. Ramy works with Farah and it's the same shit, he came watery at the arnold classic brazil, when Ramy worked with Aceto he came in shape, And aceto promised GAT that they will have a Mr.O by this year or the next, Aceto is always true to his words.

I think the judging process is about to change and we will soon see more aesthetic guys winning soon, this is where Cedric will win. When Arnold stepped forward and knocked the gh guts and todays look at the Arnold Classic , I think its going to change shit. The numbers just arent what they used to be, sumthing needs to change

Something does need to change or it will die along with all of these seriously unhealthy competitors.

The only problem is Arnold had NOTHING to say ALL THESE YEARS, while all these conpetitors were boosting his show to what it is today. Now Arnold speaks up. Didn't bother him all that time, smh.

Jim manion has been talking about the distended stomach for years, but now that arnold talks about it everyone wants to listen.

Everyone listens to arnold. He is beloved. Most people outside the sport couldn't care less who these other bb's are. Arnold is a throwback from another time who also happened to be a huge movie star for decades. His words matter especially when their right!

Agreed but a hypocrit for having nothing to say for the PAST 20 years

I honestly hope the judging criteria does change soon. I hope some of the competitors can bring back the aesthetics that Arnold always talks about. In order for that to happen, the judges need to start placing guys like Cedric higher in the shows. Certainly Arnold is a huge player in the game, he could make significant, influential contributions and turn the tables in bodybuilding. It will take time, but hopefully it does turn around for the better.

I agree you will see a movement away from the guts, but freaky conditioning will always be the name of the game. Cedric's legs are overshadowed by his upper body and he is yet to bring a grainy condition. When he does it will be a different story

This is from an article in muscle media 2000 back in the 90's.Want to go as far as to say he caught some flack about it.I will find some info on it if it isn't buried by now.

Okay don't fret I did some quick googling as I see it Flex wheelers calfs went from calfs to cows over night.Shawn ray went as far as to tell the Olympia committee.Maybee negative x-rays.So this is the story I read back in the muscle media 2000 mag.Me my self the way I remember it going down I think he did do some type of augmentation to his calves.Thats my opinion.Flex presented an amazing physique never the less.
