CELLPHONE trouble

Hey guys... as one who considers himself handy with technology I am stumped... whenever someone tries to call my cellphone they get a busy signal... yet i am still able to make calls out using my cellphone... Does anyone have the slightest clue what the F@#%! is going on... its really starting to annoy me...

oh please all you people whom ive helped in the past with computer trouble, do chime in...

Thanks for all the help bro's ... fuckin werid thing is I woke up and its working... woke up to a call from my mom... lectureing me about my brother who just recently (in one night) got a DUI, a felony for possesion of a illegal weapon, and caught for having a fake ID... tossed in jail with a $20,000 bail and had his really nice truck impounded. We got the truck back and my mom bailed my bro out at 4am plus set him up with a lawyer.... she was bitter... well at least my cellphone works...
