Do we know for sure that Medex sells official Pfizer/Hospira BAC? I don't see anything on either Medex's or Pfizer's website regarding their official distributor status and their Trustpilot ratings are meh.
I emailed them but the reply was only that they buy directly "from the manufacturer" without further clarification. Am I being paranoid? Does anyone know this for certain?

Yes it's 100% legit product.

This isn't some underground supplier. They're a medium sized licensed medical supply company.

Fair. I suppose very little chance that a medically licensed supplier in the US would peddle knockoff brands, not worth the trouble.

I happen to know the wholesale price of the case is around $30. I'm sure they're quite happy with that profit margin. without going through the trouble and expense of making an absolutely flawless, perfect replica of the vials, case, instruction insert, and selling that product among the hundreds of other Pfizer products they sell, risking their entire business being sued into oblivion by the clinics and small hospitals that are there clients, all hinging on the Pfizer distributor not noticing they're selling something they don't buy through him. To make what, $10 more per case?

It's absurd.

Uh hey there I'm just wondering about this bac water you guys are selling to people that requires a medical license to obtain.. Is it the real thing or are you guys selling a fake knock off product??? Since I do not have a Medical license I would still like to back door some fron yall but just wanted to make sure your not ripping me off......

If you are really concerned I'd cut a strip off one of the bottles and have the inside and outside examined by FTIR. Also confirm pH in the vial. Could also send water for chemical analysis.

Fwiw, the laser printing on the package carton looks very convincing if a fake.

Also very nice insert on the top with qr code inside the plastic wrap with matching code from the bottle. Very nicely done if counterfeit.
