Pfizer announced yesterday there's a temporary shortage and it's being allocated in limited quantities. They're expanding production and expect to meet demand by early 2026. Large medical supply companies have not raised prices. I was able to get a case for $120 last week with NPI and business license.

I think this is likely working out a lot like the egg shortage. While there is a legit shortage. Like there is with BA water due to peptides becoming 100x more popular and the demand increased. That being said, they are going to milk that for as much cash as they can as most businesses would. I can only imagine the profit margins on it.
My question with this is...why hasn't everyone been doing this? I've seen people say BAC NaCl isn't compatible with some peptides but no scientific explanation as for why that might be the case.
BAC NaCl is dirt cheap compared to regular BAC water right now, if it was interchangeable you'd think both would be the same price.

Well, I have seen countless theories but little real world evidence in people actually trying to use it. It seems to be more based on the abundance of caution route, which I do understand. I am sure with the countless peptides out there, there could be certain ones that would have an issue and may have some odd reaction with the ultra tiny amount of NaCi. However, in my little world of HGH, Triz and in the past some MT2, I noticed zero issues. No clumping, crystal clear etc. Same as the regular BA water I was using beside it.
In fact one of the few cases where I was able to afford real pharm grade HGH, the specific brand actually came with an amp of NaCi water for mixing.

It's not universally interchangeable with all peptides. It can definately damage some. You have to check for sodium ion interactions on a case by case basis.
With rHGH it's generally ok as long as the formulation doesn't include zinc.
NACL can shift the ph higher by .5, which some rHGH brands care enough about to advise against NACL because the wrong PH speeds up degradation, but with UGL no one seems to pay attention to PH anyway and variation is far greater than that.

Because regular BAC is cheap too (especially homemade but also non-Hospira BAC) and you don't have to google anything to see if it's compatible with each peptide

Looks like they are "testing" to see how much people are willing to pay. Starting off very high and then going down from there to find the sweet spot.
