We just had, no lie, the third wrong address given to us this week.

This has happened four or five times the entire time we've been open, now all of a sudden, three in a week.

It should go without saying that; given the nature of this business you should be going over your order several times, to insure that you have provided correct shipping information.

In the event, that we make a mistake and you don't get your order we will reship as many times as it takes to put you together with your gear.

HOWEVER.

If you provide us with the wrong address, we cannot accept the liability for your mistake, as we have done in the past.

This has always been our official policy, and yet because we have a heart, the customers who previously made this mistake, had their orders resent to them regardless of the fact that they made the error. I just want to let everyone know this cannot continue. Sorry guys.

Does Karl know of your extremist attitudes towards noobs? Any HIGH END site would allow at least three errors of this nature as an attempt to maintain 100% customer satisfaction.

I mean, since I was unable to locate any statement on the SF website, informing neophytes of the importance of including the correct forwarding address why should they be held responsible?

SF could have searched for those addresses by using the Yellow Pages, the Web or my goodness just try Googling the inept rookie. Why I've heard steroidology is now utilizing Facebook and Twitter to determine the address of rookies, (surely SF is more adept than steroidology!)

These newly instituted draconian rules at SF are quite disappointing and I'm hopeful management will become involved, and insist upon locational assistance on behalf of LE prior to their enactment!

Regretfully
JIM

We are currently working closely with NASA to see if we can get a satellite link;)

Someday we will move out of the stone-age.

Haha, If you can't get your own address right, maybe you should rethink taking AAS

That being said I'll probably mess my addy up on the next order, that would be karma for me :D

Man, talk about someone hating a source .... :(

Why should anyone reship when the wrong address was given ? If you order a pizza to be delivered to 25 Oak St and you gave them 225 Oak St and you don't get your pizza , whose fault is that ? [:o)]
