Check out this dip on craigslist

Thats why i don't do cl, it's happened a couple times since too. They had a special on tv about cl and how they sell expired and recalled items and don't monitor shit
Yep, and my brother nearly got scammed when he listed a stove for sale on CL. Not all is bad though as my brother also bought a camper on CL that's in darn good shape.

I think we are moving to a free , illegal market where we sell whatever we can grow or brew . Im all for it . We need a good Underground Newspaper just for drugs/AAS/sex .
And NO the government doesnt get their cut , in fact they are cut-out ....
And we need to bring back Silk Road

Yep went to by a mustang and was murdered, the "seller" didn't even have a mustang it was a set up from the start

You just got to be careful on Craigslist , I meet new people every week on Craigslist . This is what I do , buy & sell . I either go to their house or they come to mine.

Usually they are the ones intimidated by me (?) but I try to grin real big and usually the ol lady will come out to greet them too , then they feel more comfortable .

As far as gear , yes it gets bought & sold online just like it does on e-Bay . No great shock to me . And yes alot of times it is LE , so just DONT answer those ads .

I used to buy baby formula from cl from the wic chicks when my daughter was born. As far as food stamps, people do sell them for 50 cents on the dollar. Shit, I grew up ghetto :(
Ya mang, my old man was a Russian Immigrant and had a grocery store under the bridge next to the projects. He would by the food stamps...,50cents on the dollar has always been the going rate. Back then he had his regular bank roll and then one full of all the colorful food stamps back when they came in tear out books. The $1 was brown I believe...the $5 was purplish..one was teal.
Didn't matter which one...he knew how much he had in those thick rolls. I found out the hard way. The one time I hit him for a twenty I learned the true value of a dollar. Ouch.
He bought and sold gold and silver jewelry too. Had a triple beam he would put that shit on. Always had a bunch of cash on him. Because of that he also had a 38 revolver on his hip as well.
One of the kindest and most fair man I've ever known, and also the most ferocious. He knew what was right and wrong and fought long and hard for what was right. Said he never bought or sold drugs because he was afraid of losing his freedom. His brother, my Uncle did not share his views. He did fed time for racketeering and was deported with 2 cousins when their time was up. My uncle told me it sucked but it was no gulag. I concur with the suck part.

When I came to Cali I came to predominantly Russian community. Playing and going to school with those guys I learned alot. They never backed down from a fight, that was for damn sure, so you either had to be friends or enemies and they always had each others back, we called them the russian mafia. I lived next to the section 8 apartments so most of my russian buddies were dirt poor but ended up doing well for themselves through other means of hustling. Dont see them unless I go back to my old hood but I still get my haircut at the $5 dollar barber and stop at the deli for some sausage now and then. Sounds like your pops was old school traditional, reminds me of a couple shop owers I used to know.
