Jon, I think you can hit your goal without using AAS through training and diet alone. But thats up to you. Check out the nutrition forum and look for the "Hey Bob, lets get the ball rolling" thread."
Also, the UD2 (which is what Im using now) is an awesome diet and training program. Worth looking into.
