I have been training for a raw bench comp....so sets of 3-6 the last 2 months.....mostly 5 rep sets. The weird thing is I'm getting cramping in my chest.....enough that I get mild injurys to that area and have to stop. No other part of my body has this problem when I do low reps so I don't know what the problem is......feedback would be great on this topic..
