Chiropractors

So yesterday. I went to a Chiropractor because a friend of mine from the gym said that it will help a lot with my lower back problems [had two minor spinal surgeries the last year]. My experience with him was amazing I cracked in places I didn't think was possible and it had a really soothing effect, at least for me. I definitely recommend it to anyone just for the sake of experiencing something new. If you have any experiences yourself do post them here.
 
I have a go to that takes care of me. Uses old school cracking, ART, Graston ... Whatever I need.
Your joints and spine get compressed during heavy lifting so that needs to be regularly released before it becomes a bigger issue ..
