clen doses

I've been researching clen dosing, and wanted the opinion of meso members.

I've found fairly consistent opinions for 1.2 - 1.5mcg/kilo of body weight.
So, if I'm 250lbs that's ~135-170mcg/day. Sound about right?

Also, the only side effects I heard of are the shakes & headaches. Any other freaky sides you guys have experienced?
 
dosage sounds about right bro,but would start off at 40 amd work up daily to find your tolerance to it. shakes are the only sides I've had. hope this helps

Hey, I know I should be stacking with T3, but my buddy seriously messed up his thyroid levels taking T4 incorrectly.

That said, is there anything else I could stack with the clen for increased effectivness; i.e. caffeine, yohimbe, etc...?

Shakes are not the only effects. Your heart rate will crank and you will always feel dehidrated so drink 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day.Also forget about sleep the fist coulpe days (maybe a couple hours if your lucky). If its ip clen find out if its reg or super and if reg it is still stronger than the pharmacutical stuff so definetly start with a low dose.

Also you will notice your body ache all over at the begining.

I use Clen for 12 days on then 12 days off.
Day 1 60mcg
Day 2 80mcg
Day 3 80mcg
Day 4 100mcg
Day 5 100mcg
Day 6 120mcg
Day 7 120mcg
Day 8 140mcg
Day 9 140mcg
Day 10 160mcg
Day 11 160mcg
Day 12 160mcg

The side effects seem to go away after 8-10 days but for the first week I get really bad muscle spasms and I live in Thailand so I sweat my bag off from my body temperature rising. I'm really short 5ft3 and 150lbs so these doses are quite a bit for my weight but it seems to work. If you take too much at the beginning you definately won't be able to sleep. My advice is to take half of your daily dose before breakfast and the other half no less than 5 hours before you plan to sleep.
 
i just kept adding more pills everyday untill i hit as much as i could tolerate. 100mcgs. but in my opinion, its a waste of money when eca is cheaper (at least here in canada) and more effective. i think eca in moderate usage may be totally harmless.
