Clen T3 Cycle Critique

Hello Fam

Ok so throwing in Clen and T3 to my current cycle. Reason being I've hit a sticking point with fat lose. Diet is pretty much best I've ever had it. I carb cycled 1224 then I adjusted to straight 100 carb days because I hit a sticking point and now I'm throwing in the peptides. Fat is low under 35 everyday and protien is between 275-350 depending if I throw in a steak(which raises fat that day)or extra can of tuna.

Currently on
750mg Test E
500mg Deca (last pin Sunday)
Starting Tren E next Wednesday dosage still being thought out.

I am going to run clen/t3
Day1 40mcg/50mcg
Day2 60mcg/75mcg
Day3 80mcg/100mcg
Day4 100mcg/100mcg
Day5 120mcg/100mcg
Day6 120mcg/100mcg
Day7 120mcg/100mcg
Repeat at same dosage for one week
2 weeks off clen 100mcgT3

Cycle for 10 weeks last week taper back down reverse first week.

Ok so any advice it much appreciated if I'm a complete fool let me know if it looks good to go let me know. Open to all advice and tips, always learning.

Thanks

I don't see the need to go higher than 75mcg T3/day. I also recommend using Ephedrine when you stop clen. Rotate clen and ephedrine in a 2 weeks off/2 on manner. I know they use the same receptors and what not...but I've always had good results doing this, and I always get hit hard from clen shakes after the two week break regardless of whether I use ephedrine or not.

There is no "set dosage" cycle when it comes to clen. You use what is effective and stay at that dosage. You dont do pre planned dose increases IMO.
Also there is no need to taper clen or t3 down- no benefit to it at all.
Add ketotifen at 1mg/day- taken at night before bed. This allows you to not have to take a break from clen for it to maintain its effectiveness. Also it keeps it effective at reasonable doses as well. I personally wouldnt run clen longer than 8 weeks.

On spot Jimmy!

In general drugs the up or down tapering of PED may be considered if they have a short half, on the order of hours, like many of the ORAL AAS. However BC Clen has a half life of roughly 3 DAYS there is NO NEED to taper whatsoever.

Here let's look an AAS we are all familiar with D-bol. Ok, bc D-bol has a half life of around 8-12 hours if you are using a high dose and suddenly discontinue it, the "crash" will most certainly SUCK.

That's why, or it should be IMO, one reason many experienced BB taper those D-bol ONLY cycles.

Of course tapering is NOT needed if the D-bol is being cycled with another AAS that has a longer half life like T-p or T-e-c

IMPORTANTLY, you should NOT even consider Clen if you have ANY history of palpitations (heart skipping beats) HTN, Anxiety, a nervous or depressive disorder, a family history of heart problems ESPECIALLY at an age of less than 30 yrs.

Dude, my opinion...stay away from clen. Clen is not worth it and does not help...at least the added fat loss does not out weight the sides.

I did clen once, and I've had shaky hands ever since...3 years later and I still have the shakes.

T3...run it at the lowest dose possiable...if you get results at 25mcg run it until the results stop.
Hell, I'm running 25mcg currently and have been for 3 weeks because it still works.

Also, your protein is way to high man. All those proteins are being converted into carbs.
I kid you not, I eat about 1g of protein per LMB...and I'm on tren and test...guess what? I still gain.

Sound advice BC except prolonged use of T-3-4 can result in adverse cardiac effects.

Consequently I'd suggest limiting T3-4 use to no more than a few months, regardless of effectiveness.

Thanks for the sound advice. Sorry that you had a bad experience with clen, I have ran it before and didn't have the shakes once I stopped using. I do think it helps me out with fat loss so I plan on continuing.

However you do have me questioning if I'm overdoing the protein. I'm going to look into that and adjust from there. I really didn't know excess protein would be converted to carbs, mind blown.

Can't tell if being sarcastic or no?

However, yes. Any protein your body does need is converted into glucose. This is why people trying to do keto but yet their protein is through the roof don't lose weight. Your body uses the converted protein BEFORE using body fat...calories in calories out yes. but needs to be looked at on this level.

No not being sarcastic at all. I appreciate all feedback that's how we learn.

I'm only sarcastic with my wife and co workers haha
