clenbuterol scheduled?

is clenbuterol considered a schedule III drug under the united states penal code? or is it just banned by the FDA? i looked around and i could not find a definitive answer. thanks in advance for any help

hey DRL! clenbuterol is not FDA approved, but is not a controlled substance (although this does vary state to state).

Exactly--it's on the US Customs "alert list" but not scheduled.
